My goal is 150 now.

I'm currently 176lbs, size large 12 small 14... what if i could go back to a size 10, i have the frame for it... or even a little smaller... not insanily. if i get to a size where i think my stomach is ok looking i'll quit while i'm a head... but i'm aiming for the moon and will settle with the stars.


im still overweight according to a real doctor, as in he says don't have a real weight goal just a size goal.


can i use this thread as a jorunal? this way i can share with others who might want to see my progress.

I'm considering taking pictures of before and after... if i do so though, i'll be wearing something that can show off my... well stomach... it's covered in streach marks... i had a baby... her birthday is comming up she'll be 2 on Dec. 15th.

what this is all about... i got to my goal weight and still have cub all over... i mean i went from 200 to 176 in 2 years... you guys knew me at 200 and i was trying to get to 180 but got even lighter and didn't realize it.


what i'll be doing....
well we have the eleptical, bycical, rowing "machine" it's not really a machine, this thing that has where you can excersize my legs and arms... i'll take pictures of it all, this dvd called turbo jam, walking with my baby in the stroller, and eating better.


I guess i'll cut out sugar for 2 weeks to see how i react to it... eat 6 meals aday... as in 2 snacks one between breakfast and lunch, and one between lunch and dinner... and breakfast eat something small.

i might do proteen shakes if i'm not hungry... use milk in them though so i will have something good in it.

please anylne who has thoughts... post them here.

See how you react to not having sugar? If you use it a lot in your regular life, you'll probably experience withdrawal.. but even then you should just cut most of the sugars out of your life if you're wanting to lose more weight. Sodium and starches, too. x3

Your breakfast should be the biggest meal of the day, I know most doctors can't express that enough. Morning is when your body is the most ready to burn the most calories, so if you eat your meals in reverse order (like... a steak for breakfast, a salad for lunch, and eggs and toast - or just toast), your metabolism will probably speed up. That plus people who eat larger breakfasts are shown to eat 100-300 less calories a day than those who skip or eat light breakfasts.
