I have decided to (with the help push from my mother) exercise more, and eat regularly.
The previous 'all vegetable' diet that consisted of potatoes grapes and strawberries was a mega-fail.
After my diet, (during my period) my Father took me out to an Ice Cream shop, after a long hard day of soccer. I was sweating, tired, and on my period. I couldn't refuse.
Then we went to the movies. I got a toll house cookie, then we went to ruby Tuesdays. A very bad decision. And I gained it all back in 3 days. xp I hate it when they tempt me.
Plus my aunt had a birthday party on Saturday, and my grandmother conveniently made too much cake.
So my new goal is to at least do 300 calories on my treadmill a day. And I'm hoping that this will work out better than all of the other failed attempts at weight loss. <3

Of course an all vegetable diet is going to fail. (grapes and strawberries are not vegetables, fyi, neither are potatoes, they are a strach, so basically you were ingesting only sugars and starches) It's not proper nutrition.
Lean meats and egg whites. Whole grains. Vegetables in excess. Fruits in moderation. No heavy sauces or condiments. Nothing to drink but water (or homemade vegetable juice) At LEAST 1200 calories a day. Plus 30-60 minutes of cardio daily. + weight or resistance exercise every other way.
You will lsoe weight, unless you have no weight to lose. In which case, you'll feel a heck of a lot better anyhow.
A note about exercise: Intensity is better than time. You could leisurely walk for six hours and not get the same benefits as a good hard 15 minute swim or bike that gets your pulse into your target range.

D; My mom suggested it. Because I've only lost 15 pounds since last December. And of course she hid the peanut butter and stuff she'd thought I had no self-control over.
And I'm trying to give up meat, I want to be a vegetarian. <3 But beside that, it sounds good. I'll give it a shot.
And apparently my mom doesn't know what fruits and vegetables are.

I lived vegetarian for over a decade. Yes, meat is good for you, but you can get the proteins you need from non-meat sources too.
Fish (if you consider fish different from meat). Soy products are EXCELLENT for protein -- tofu, tempeh, edamame. Eggs, whole or just the whites. The yolks are mostly fat. Meat substitutes. Usually made of soy, but textured and flavored to mimic ground beef, sausage, bacon, chicken, and so on. Low-fat or non-fat dairy products. Peas and beans. No, peanuts and peanut butter don't count. Whole grains such as brown rice. TVP (textured vegetable protein). Whey protein, mixed in with other foods like soups or smoothies.
The trick is to eat a wide variety from this list, not just one or two things. You need different proteins, and different nutrients that come along with the proteins. They're all found in meats, so if you don't eat meat, you need to get those proteins from a wide variety of sources in order to make up for the lack of meat.
There are some really good ways of telling whether you've got enough protein in your diet or if you're lacking some. If your hair turns dry and brittle or becomes thin; if your energy level is lower than usual (and you're not just coming down with a cold); if your fingernails are thin and brittle; if your skin gets dry: these are all signs that you need more protein AND more Healthy Oils (olive, canola, sunflower, safflower, and flax oils) in your diet.
