I recently was given the anime series, Black Cat... and I must say I think there are a couple of serious hints. Mainly a one sided... all-be-it TWISTED love for Train on Creed's side. The guy is obsessed to the point of tracking his every move an watching him sleep XD.
Then again I am quite happily writing a slash fic right now involving Train and Sven >> << *Cough* I swear to you all I am not crazy.
So really, for anyone else who has seen the show, is it just me, or are there some slashable yaoi hints in there?

I'd say there are definitely hints there, but this is a series where I LIKE the female characters. I pair Train with Rinslet sweatdrop

I am not too sure why... If Train has to be with a girl I like it to be Saya... Even though that is sadly not really possible and can only be done in past fics crying . Then again I can't see Train with Sven... but for the love of god I am writing it O.o I have no clue why but I can't freaking stop ><

If he were to be with someone, however, I'd think it'd be Rinslet. A friend of mine that's Black Cat obsessed likes Rins with Jenos, but since I've only just been introduced to him, and he nearly got her killed (but did save her), I'm not sure how well I like him.

That man is ******** amazing. As long as you didn't write that abomination "Better than Milk" I am happy. I read that and I nearly smashed my head into the desk. Your fic I didn't even have to get a paragraph into and decided it was better ^_^. So let me just say, THANK YOU. The only thing I wanted to freak out about was the nick-name... 'Svenny-Baby' Tha just... no, it really doesn't work for me. Maybe if Train were drunk or something... but not sober.

After finally reading volume one of the manga ld like to retract my little comment about the 'Svenny-Baby' thing... Becuse.. well in the manga Train calls Sven, 'Sven-Chan' and that's pretty much the same thing... Which, rather disturbs me... but what the hell... *shrugs* I dunno, manga Train is different, more playful. And while this is exceedingly fantastic... It's still going to take me time to get used to the 'Sven-Chan' thing...

That must be the Shounen Jump English translation. In the translation I saw for scanlations, and what I can safely assume is raw translation from the original Japanese he calls him "Sven-Chan" basically that translates into "Svenny-Baby" so it's all good... >> << Although I do like the sound of Sven Chan more, no ofence.

I feel so weird talking about Black Cat in this guild, though, because I really don't slash it, which is insanely strange for me. I suppose I could do some total nonsense like Jenos/Sven or something, but Train is really the only male character that makes much sense to pair with another male, and I pair him with Rinslet XD. To each their own, it's totally cool ^_^. It's like the two ways of pronouncing tomato and potato... People just have different things that work for them. You're right about it really not having a Japanese feel to it though. For me though, like I said, Svenny-baby was just sadly ruined for me when I saw that one terribly written fic... It was a lemon slash that looked like it had been written by a 12 year old. My eyes BURNED I tell you. Lol I can kind of see why you would like to pair Rinslette with Train now that I have managed to read volumes 3 and 4 of the manga. She actually really seems to like him... although for now he seems to have no interest in her what so ever. Rinslette can only be paired with Genos... It's mostly just because I watched the anime first but I think those two would be really sweet together. Maryohki Ugh, lemons like that make me sad. Fortunately I've yet to see any REALLY bad stuff for my favorite pairings. Yeah, I know a lot of people like Rinslet with Jenos. I think it's a possibility, but I haven't seen enough of Jenos to decide whether I like that or not. I really like Rins with Train, though. I could see myself writing a very one sided fic about that pairing... simply because Rinslett seems to be so obsessed with Train and being able to manipulate him. >> << It would involve her crying a lot for sure, he hates to see her cry XD. I dunno Black Cat just fills me with so many ideas. I already have a whole bunch involving Train and Sven, and Train and Creed. I swear I am one of the biggest "yaoi whores" out there. sweatdrop
