Since there was a topic for the strongest who do you think is the weakest?

I have to agree with this. Any pokemon CAN be strong, but they need to be trained. However, there are some babies that can be strong, though week stated. If you breed for certain moves, then the offspring can be very powerful, especially for being so young. And lets not forget about TM's ^_^

I disagree, Elekid, Clefa and Pichu can pack a punch if you bred correctly.

Zubat, i think zubat is week till it evolve, and magikarp

A captured Metapod is pretty weak.
Having only Harden.

But a trained metapod usually know Tackle, String shot and Harden. Besides wild silcons, cascons and Kakuna's are the same as a wild metapod.

i have that one having some powerful attacks with TM's

and the reason for having 1 HP is it's ability: the Wonder Guard

Wonder Guard makes that pokemon invulnerable to all types except for its weakness..
