No one has, legit at least. The event that give it has not yet happened.
u can use a game shark to get the event and the arceus will still be legit if u get it that way
Ehr, no it is not. See, a gameshark is a cheating device. Thus if you use the gameshark to get the event, you will have cheated, and thus it is not legit.
Exactly. Me and my friend keep arguing about this subject. He used the item to get Darkrai, but he caught Darkrai without cheating so he says its semi-legit
Well, yes. it is semi legit, just like the ones aquired by exploiting a glitch, this is not the same as it being legit though. There are basically four categories of event pokemon in circulation (ordered by legitness):
Legit
Cloned
Semi-Legit
Hacked.
The two top categories are completely legit, the two latter are not.
Legit pokemon can only be aquired by catching them yourself, either because they are obtainable in the game regularly, or through an event that gives you an item, granting you access to a special area that is not normally reachable (Mew in Emerald, Lugia/Hu-Oh in FR/LG, Deoxys in all 3rd Gen, Manaphy in 4th Gen).
Cloned pokemon are still legit, kinda, some event only pokemon are clones given out. This is usually done at special events where you download the pokemon. They usually come in Cherish Balls, but not always. (Celebi in 3rd gen, Mew in 3rd gen, Movie Darkrai in 4th gen).
Semi-Legit are similar to legit in that you catch them yourself in their respective areas, but they are aquired by either exploiting a glitch, or by hacking the event item that grants access to said area. These are sometimes referred to as semi-hacked. They are by no means legit pokemon.
Hacked: Basically any pokemon that is hacked into the game with the help of a hacking device such as Gameshark or AR. They often have weird starts, impossible moves, or are caught in strange places. Many legendaries on the GTS are of this kind, particularly among event pokemon.
