It's pretty simple...Here we go:
The Game:
The first person (I'll start) types a sentence. Then the next person adds onto that sentence, using the word BUT or AND to continue the sentence. Feel free to be as ridiculous as you want -- the more ridiculous the better! Add as many characters as you want, but never drop any of the old ones. (unless they die, leave, etc...) The end will be a crazy run-on sentence/story!
Example:
1st person
Mary was walking down the street with a bag of groceries.
2nd person
Mary was walking down the street with a bag of groceries BUT she dropped an orange and it rolled into the middle of the street.
3rd person
Mary was walking down the street with a bag of groceries BUT she dropped an orange and it rolled into the middle of the street AND she ran out to get it.
4th person
Mary was walking down the street with a bag of groceries BUT she dropped an orange and it rolled into the middle of the street AND she ran out to get it AND she got hit by a bus.
Rules:
* Stick to the Guild Rules! <-- most important rule!
* Try not to double post. (if it is getting slow, feel free to post again to get it moving.)
* Change the sentence ONLY when the current one is losing steam. If you feel it needs to be changed, finish the previous sentence and start a new one.
* Post questions or comments that are not part of the sentence in ((double parenthesis)) or [brackets]. This is to avoid confusion as to whether it is a part of the sentence or not.
