I'm quite fond of the Nidoking and Nidoqueen evolution lines.
Sort of tradition, I guess, as I always have one of the two or both in my games when available.

They're just all around good Pokemon for me.

Eevee and its evolutions. It's so cute, and gets so strong. Not to mention all the evolutionary possibilities.

Umbreon would be my top favourite, followed by all its pre-evolution and Eevee's other evolutions, and of all pokemon... Pichu.
