A fluff bunny if pretty much someone who is Willfully Ignorant. Therefore, one believes in something that flies in the face of reality or the target religious scripture in some way or another.
Common Example: A person believes that they are Wiccan after reading a book by Silver RavenWolf, (this is ignorance based on misinformation) - they are corrected and told what Wicca really is with accurate sources (Yea, WiccaFaq, which also includes BunnyFaq) and still insist, either due to shock or pride or whatever, that they are Wiccan, regardless of not meeting the qualifiers. Wiccan wannabes are of course not the only example of Fluff Bunnies, but it's a common one.
Also, NeoPagans aren't necessarily Fluffs. Pretty sure I'm considered a Neopagan.

Well, understand that most fluffies don't know what they believe in either.
Basically take any misconception that has been taught in Silver RavingFluff or Raven Grimassi or AJ Drew (with a huge dash of Scott Cunningham) and mix it together with any spirituality from ANY other religion, take away sense and common courtesy and resason, add in hypocracy and egotism along with sheeple behavior, and you probably have a fluffie.
Typically they don't study their own beliefs They are afraid to look at and challenge their beliefs They blindy assert anything they have been taught despite evidence They get defensive then hostile toward anyone who questions their beliefs They don't do research They parrot what they have heard They are cultish followers.
I put up a huge article on my site ( http://davensjournal.com ) mocking fluffies, but it's actually been cited as a really good resource to see if you are a fluffy or not. I can't remember the URL right now, and I'm in class, but if you search for Fluffy bunny, you will probably find it.
Oh, wait, the name of the article is "What Makes a Fluffy Bunny". So the url is probably http://davensjournal.com/WMaF.xhtml Try that.
