The weirdest thing though, in .hack//I-Q,
Mistral constantly keeps referring to her
child as male. It was a mistranslation, but
it became confusing in .hack//DUSK when
Mirielle took over her account and was fe-
male.

Yeah...Mirielle got her account once
Mistral became older. That is why
Mirielle has an avatar identical to
her mom's; she even admits her
mother letting her use her account.
She also admits to going to the name
changing event to get Mistral changed
to Mirielle. Oddly enough, however,
her level should have remained un-
changed, and yet she was extremely
weak in the anime.
