2. The winning number for Tier One is a single double. {77, 11, etc }
3. The winning numbers for Tier Two are a pair of consecutive mismatch doubles { 66/88, 99/33, etc }
4. The winning numbers for Tier Three are a pair of consecutive matching doubles { 22/22, 55/55, etc }
5. If you are playing for Tier 2 or 3 and get a match that fits either category, you may proceed to RNG for your prize.
