YOSI For the past hour or so, the young Galactic Patrol Cadet found herself meditating and channeling her ki. She found the perfect place to practice and train in solitude. It was quiet here, save for the breath of the wind and the babbling of the river nearby. But these sounds are what she would focus on as she channeled her ki and monitored it's flow. And with this same process she was keeping her overall energy output low. After all, she wasn't trying to garner any unwanted attention. Then, she could begin her real training!

YOSI During this past year, Yosi trained her innate abilities in her spare time. It wasn't until after her sister's death that she tapped into her psychic abilities. But even with her powerful Psycho Threads, she had barely scratched the surface of her capabilities. She reached out to her sister a few months ago, who was more familiar with those abilities. After the arduous and harsh teachings to learn telekinesis came the next technique: a Psychic Attack.
As if lifting things with her mind wasn't hard enough, she now had to use it as an external force. This wasn't as easy as it seemed. "Concentrate! All you have to do is extend that energy outward. It's no different from a ki blast!" Zani wasn't the best coach since she lacked patience; however, she was extremely helpful in instruction. She struggled with this rather "simple task" as it wasn't just a ki blast, it was an expulsion of mental energy. The blast, from what she saw from her sister, was very similar in practice. But unlike a ki blast, it had several other beneficial properties which compelled her to get it.
She continued to practice for weeks, steadily improving the technique. It was akin to molding the air before her and pushing it forward. A blunt force that she could use for a precise attack. Most importantly, it was a non-lethal move which was a bonus for her. Well, at least it would be in her hands. The young warrior practiced on the rocks, learning her range and measuring her power output. The day would come when she could use this at the level she wanted to.
Now...she stood here in her training grounds, prepared to practice her earned techniques. Starting with Psychic Attack, she made her way to the same rock formation she practiced on in the past. Taking a deep breath, she thrust her hand forward, her eyes and hand glowing as she created a bubble with her energy. Firing the bubble, it placed a sizable dent in the wall with a moderate explosion. With a smirk, she would repeat the motion to create a smaller dent within the first. Lastly, she would place one more hole using her finger to fire a tiny hole in the center of the others, mitigating the explosive after effect. "...Success!" she grinned.

YOSI Her psychic abilities had developed quite a bit over the year, it being her primary goal in training. The people of her race were either physically powerful or mentally adept. It was very obvious which side of the coin she fell on. To that end she would sharpen her skills in learning to hone that skill. Shortly after getting a handle on the Psychic Attack, her sister introduce another difficult technique She would learn to use her telekinesis to cut from a distance with Psycho Crash.
The way Zani explained it was just the same; simple and to the point. And just the same, the execution was anything but. To make things a little harder, she had to hold her target in place with one hand while attacking with the other. In this case, the target was an impressive boulder that was heavy to lift. It was just another step in her training to improve. Yosi struggled but it was the kind of struggle that made her want to get better.
Although, getting her telekinesis to put a mark on that rock was next to impossible. She couldn't manage enough force to cut into its surface. At that time, she recalled Ziber was really good at psychic abilities. It would've been nice to pick his brain on the subject to gain some better insight on what she was doing wrong. However, she was keeping to her "zero contact" rule with Earth's inhabitants until the year ended. So she was left to endure; experiencing trial and error until the girl found the answer she was looking for. The key was not in overwhelming power as that would only result in something like a ki blast.
Psychic abilities relied on her strength of mind, her focus on what she wanted it to do. In short, she had to learn to loosen up a bit and open her mind. If she could picture the act happening it more or less made it happen. This way of thinking was different for her and why she struggled so much. And now...she had no problem doing so. Shortly after she used Psychic Attack on the rock wall, she turned and lifted a boulder with her telekinesis, using her hand to guide it. With two fingers, she would create her cuts into it with little effort, turning the stone into clean cut cubes. Setting the cubes down gently, she would form a small tower. "Good. I think I'm ready now" the girl grinned. Leaping up, she would take her place on top of the tower, gazing out at the desolate landscape. There she would stand and wait patiently with arms crossed as the cool wind danced with her tattered scarf. The Major would be here shortly...

🛡The Gizard Wasteland, a place for all intents and purposes any Metal Mutant would avoid thanks to the dust, sand, and other environmental factors often found on organic worlds. Many Metal Mutants would refer to this planet as a “Grime Ball,” Riga even knowing a few Metal Mutants back home who would see him be thrown into a steam bath to have his chassis be thoroughly cleaned. It would be an understatement to say Metal Mutants had a certain phobia toward organic worlds and all the things there that could get caught in the extremely small nook and crannies of their metal bodies and into their systems, gunking and clogging their hydraulics, gears, motherboards, joints, servos, and so much more, really it was a overblown fear many Metal Mutants had, but luckily it was a fear that was quickly gotten over. Riga at one point was just the same as a Patrolman Cadet, being repulsed by the first organic planet he laid his pedes on. Now after being on many organic worlds, he was indifferent, sure he had to double his hygiene while on this planet at times, but largely it was hardly a inconvenience to him. In fact he was thankful he had the opportunity to be here. After appealing for a Planet Arrest for Yosi’s sentence, and doing the same for Sabi, the Metal Mutant would be appointed as her parole officer, given long periods of being stationed on Earth to watch over her in the event she “exhibited the signs of a criminal.” He was given the chance to reconnect with his cadet, to watch her grow as he would his own Metaling, who was still in his growth pod back on M3. He found his faceplate taking on an expression of pride as he watched her train, sincerely proud of the Hera for coming so far since her days as a cadet. He deeply hoped that after her sentence was cleared she could once again become a Patrolman.
The eyes of the woman were set, the feet moving slowly across the wasteland while her plump lips curved into a smirk, and a small flick of the wrist would allow the lockes on her head to fly behind her back. Her feet would continue on until she arrived, gripping her hands together and placing them to her waist as she announced her presence. "Yooooooooohooooooooo~" The call would echo as the woman would scurry close to the pile of cubes and rocks. Her gum colored hair bouncing as she shook with excitement. "My little Spearmint~ It's been so long!" Her voice would carry excitement as well as volume while she hopped up and down before the stack, though this would stop as she would face the other presence in the vicinity. A girl who she had only thought of to use her grand abilities on. The woman would spin on her toes after and go back to doting over the girl training. "Wow, oh wow! You've grown into quite the woman!" Her finger rises and points towards the young girl smirking. "I'm glad I found you out here. . .Almost alone! Because I have a surprise!" She would exclaim while eyeing the direction of the Robotic officer. Her eyes tracing from there to her. "Tournaments! They're fun when their are high stakes! Amirite!?"

YOSI While she waited for the Major, she found herself daydreaming about her time here on Earth. Aside from her lack of communication with others, she picked up a couple new hobbies and taste in cuisine. This place had a lot of fun things to offer; she imagined she'd enjoy them more in the company of friends. It was why Yosi was looking forward to the end of her parole which was nearing its end. But then, to her surprise, she would have an unexpected visitor approach her. The first thing she noticed about this person was that she couldn't sense them. In fact, she only noticed them because they made no attempt to hide their approach; meaning they meant no harm or were inexperienced in sneaking. And then she heard her, a vaguely familiar voice over the wind. Yosi turned to look and saw the violet haired woman who seemed awfully excited to see her. Odd. She didn't recall her or the others being favored by the Supreme Kai, though she was grateful for the woman reviving her sister. Perhaps it wouldn't hurt to see what it was she wanted...
Hopping down from her perch, the young cadet landed gently before the kai with a slow descent. She hadn't missed her pointing Riga out as she also noticed he was in the area not long before Ingo appeared. But what was this surprise she had for her? Surely the Supreme Kai didn't come all this way to give her a gift after nearly a year since their last meeting. And then she would bring up a tournament. "Huh? I....guess? Are you asking me to participate in another tournament? Hmm..." she mused, considering the potential offer. Honestly, she wasn't that into fighting; not if she was going by herself. While Yosi once preferred fighting when only necessary, she had come to enjoy fighting alongside comrades and the friendly sport. Again, he hoped that one day she would be given the chance to rejoin the Galatic Patrol, he would like to be able to continuing her lessons while she was still under Planetary Arrest, allowing her to fly through her exams as a Cadet, but that would not be fair to the other Cadets, and showing favoritism was bad for the learning environment. He started to feel a desire to spar with her, whether that was him wanting to be able to help her as a mentor, or test her combat ability first hand despite the large gap between their power. He desired to catch up to her, he felt somewhat ashamed to be so behind his student, not because he wanted the dynamic of being more than her, but rather he felt as though he needed to meet the image of being a mentor she can rely upon in dangerous situations. He would decide that when she was finished, he would ask if they could train together, hoping it could serve as the best way for him to catch up with her both as a mentor and student, as well as warriors. However it seemed something would require their attention first. His optics and faceplate would take on a look of concern, the Mechanoid unable to feel out the battle power of this individual. Typically that was very concerning as it meant there was the low possibility this female was an outlier, and outliers typically were dangerous in their own right. Doing what he believed any Patrolman should do, Riga would approach the group, pulling out his badge from his hip compartment and would display it to Ingo. “Greetings Ma’am, excuse the intrusion, but may I inquire about your intentions?” He hated having to butt into this conversation, but from what his receptors picked up, there was a mention of a tournament, and with Yosi currently being under Planetary Arrest, he needed to confirm what her intentions were.
However, before he could ready himself for any sort of reaction, Riga would be caught off guard by something. Rising from behind the Supreme Kai was a familiar towering and imposing figure, as though he had suddenly risen from her shadow, when in fact he was simply in a position that could hide himself behind Ingo’s figure. His battle power had been concealed, allowing him to hide perfectly behind the Supreme Kai without worry of being detected. He would glare down at the Hera, not in a way that held malice behind it, but rather it was simply the expression that was fixed upon his face ever since he was informed of the coming tournament. “....Greetings….Warrior...Yo...Si…” He said in his usual slow voice, the tone having a bit of an apathetic eagerness to it. It had been quite some time since he last saw the Hera, frankly he was excited to see her, already able to feel how her potential has grown since they last fought. “...Where is…Warrior...Daiko..?” He asked her, wanting to know where the young man who dealt the final blow in the tournament. He did not care much for the Metal Mutant beside the Hera, his battle power being nothing special to the Assassin, however he was curious about how much his metal body could withstand the assassin’s fists. Taking a brief moment to glance over Riga, his glare would return to Yosi, looking at her with a mix of death, excitement, and overall coldness.
The woman would leap with joy as Yosi came down to great her, and with hands over her head, she would spin around and around as if trying to entertain a tree spirit. Her mouth agaped in a smile while her eyes closed. "Of course~ I heard Dear Daiko, Zesty Ziber, Sweet Seriyaaaaaaaaaaaannnnnaaaaaaaa are gonna be there too! I don't know if The Great Gyoza will be partaking , BUT! My Yummy Y-" She stopped mid sentence as the officer approached. Her eyes went to him with a bit of anxiousness as her head tilted. "Eh? Who is this? Your Butler? Knight in Metal Cloth-" Her mouth would close while changing to a normal standing position as she cleared her throat. "A-ahem. M-M-Master Chitakk~ You were suppose to wait until I introduced you. . .Again." She would call out while bowing her head a few times. "S-sorry. It was a bit of a surprise, but, the boys wanted to head off and check out how strong you guys had gotten." She then spun to the side. As two small flags seemed to appear in her grasp, one with a clock, and the other with a very classic looking dragon. "Team Dragon and the Time Assassin's Tournament Rematch! I couldn't wait another Century! I just had to see, and since Dai's great wis- I-I-I mean." Her eyes mellowed abit pushing the flags together. "I-I'm just really excited. . .S-so excited, I asked my bestie to watch. . .But they aren't here so, um . . .Still, I'm here to shop! Cheer you guys on, and see how Earth groomed, Teeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaam Dragon!" She cheered. The woman would then begin to do a small dance, making the flags into pom poms. Her excitement brimming. As she did, they approached.

The young men would descend with a hand behind their heads. Raz looking onward towards Yosi while his masked expression would sharpen a bit before Zed slammed a hand on his back. "Yo! Didn't have much time to check ya out at the tournament!" He'd call out to her while leaning down beside Raz's face. "The name's Zed, the great fist shifter." He'd call himself while he looked to Raz who sighed a bit. "You were the second person to best my ability to use the Time Skip. . .And with that, you are seen as a rival to me."He'd say while closing his eyes and crossing his arms. Zed would give a loud laugh while punching his shoulder. "Yeah, yeah tough guy. Kehe! Boy ain't it good to be on a planet with fresh air! WOO!" The man was overly excited to be there while he jumped up and down a bit before a hand touched his back. The youngster to his back would walk to his side while the two would watch him step before them. The person was an average height, and their smooth brown lockes would droop down his back tied neatly. Though their long sleeves would fall to their knees, well past their hands as they looked towards Yosi with a furrowed frown. "This is them?" He'd ask while Raz and Zed would look to each other and as Zed shook his head, Raz would nod. The young man tilts his head a bit while blinking abit and closing their eyes. "The power they are exuding. . .It's nowhere near yours. . .And your hidden ability. . .Then there's the height difference in general"He'd murmur as he opened his gaze after and looked to her."I don't understand. . .But hopefully, I will."Zed would follow the statement made, with a hand slapping the boy's neck. His mouth coughing as Zed shook his head. "Show some respect Uze."
Zed would point to himself while looking around as well. "Speaking of. . .Where's that dragon feller who I owe a rematch?"He'd callout before looking to Ingo who seemed to still be doing her dance. His head then turned with a dazed look as he sighed."And sane women. . ."

YOSI Like a valiant guardian, Major Riga would show up on cue; his giant form dwarfing her and the Supreme Kai. He was straight to the point, asking what it was she wanted in the most polite manner. That was just how the Major was; respectful to anyone and everyone. Yosi smiled as she looked up at her mentor, admiring him as always. As it turned it, that was exactly what Ingo was advertising- a new tournament. Apparently, the others were already participating; the girl brightening at the mention of their names. All she could think of was how perfect this was! As her parole was coming to an end, she was anxious to see everyone again- what better way than in a tournament? It would be like old times again. The young cadet's train of thought would break as Ingo asked of Riga and would wave her arms, shaking her head. "N-No, no, no! Major Riga is my commanding officer. I'm in the Galactic Patrol, y'know? Well...technically I'm on probation though..." she attempted to explain. Except a very familiar and surprising face would appear at that moment; someone she didn't expect to see again and certainly not here of all places.
The moment she laid eyes on the large man, she could feel a tension in the air and her hairs standing on end. "Chitakk... So you're here too. Sorry, but I haven't seen Daiko for the past year. Still...I think he's gotten stronger too, if you were wondering" she smirked, feeling some sort of anticipation. Maybe this was how Daiko felt when he got excited to fight strong opponents. She'd be lying to herself if she wasn't curious how she'd fair now against the mighty Chitakk after her extensive training. According to Ingo, she just might get her chance if she participated in the tournament. In that case, Yosi would definitely have to sign up! Seeing the Supreme Kai's excited dance and cheering, she couldn't help but chuckle to herself. It seemed she hadn't changed all too much. And then, two more old faces would appear along with a new one: Chitakk's students, Zed and Raz. Zed she never really got to know, though it was Raz whom she fought in the Other World Tournament. That match helped her exceed and overcome her inner limitations to help her not just grow as a fighter, but as the person she was now. For that, she was thankful to Raz and reciprocated his rivaled feelings. "Nice to meet you formally, Zed. And you too, Raz. Your Time Skip was formidable...I suspect it's gotten even better now." As she spoke to them, she would take notice of their lack of halos, as well as with Chitakk. Had they been brought back to life somehow? Then, stepping between the two boys, the new face stepped forward to greet her...somewhat. His little quip made her wonder just how strong the two had gotten...or maybe he couldn't sense how strong she really was? She was suppressing her power as not to be noticed by anyone and as part of her training. But what did her height have to do with anything?! In fact, she grew! ....A little. "Aha...I'm sorry, if you're looking for Ziber, I haven't seen him either. I haven't been in contact with any of the others, actually. Guess we'll just have to wait until the tournament. Which is...when, exactly?" the girl finally thought to ask.

Then, they wave their hand forward and fire several, compact, powerful energy sphere bullets that follow the opponent's movements, inflicting considerable damage. ※ Psycho Thread: The user points his or her hand at his opponent and traps them with thin strings of purple energy, paralyzing them and sucking the energy out of them. Struggling against the threads only exacerbates their effects. ※ Spirit Ball: A controllable energy sphere, the user controls and guides it by pointing the index and middle fingers in the desired direction. When initially guided, the attack utilizes kinetic energy to deal damage, striking the enemy multiple times from range. On its last strike, the Spirit Ball is triggered to explode on impact, further damaging the enemy. ※ Psychic Attack: With an open hand with palm out, the user converts their psychic energy into an energy bubble in their hand. They then fire the sphere at the opponent, and it explodes on them, blasting them away. Yosi has mastered this technique, able to mitigate the explosion and even use it on a small scale. She can use it with concussive force and has even learned to use it with the tip of her finger. ※ Psycho Crash: The user grabs their target (be it an object or person) with Telekinesis then uses their finger to cut it with multiple invisible slashes of ki. Yosi can use this technique without first grabbing her target at the sacrifice of accuracy.
｡｡｡[OTHER TECHNIQUES] ※ Ki Cognition: A deeper form of ki sense that allows one to read movements, almost to a precognitive degree. [(x2) Reflex Stat while in use / (-15) Ki while in use] ※ Flight: The user manipulates their ki energy so that they can levitate or fly. ※ Ki Sense: It is an ability that allows the user to sense ki and power levels. ※ Ki Control: By gaining perfect control over their ki and thus stopping any of it from leaking out of their body, a fighter is shown to be able to become exponentially more powerful. Yosi used this to channel ki through her sword without expending too much energy. It also allows her to use ki techniques through her blade. ※ Kiai: It is a technique where the user affects the air currents around them with ki to produce powerful shockwaves in order to strike the opponent. It can be used to attack or counter some techniques and can be used in different ways, as invisible punches, powerful screams, a shockwave glare or even air explosions coming from the entire body. ※ Afterimage: An ability to move so swiftly that an image of the user is left behind. ※ Mach Dash: The user strikes a pose then preforms a high speed dash that increases the users movement speed temporarily. ※ Instant Transmission: This action is usually accompanied by the user placing their index and middle fingers on their forehead to help them concentrate, though if extra time is taken the technique can be performed without this aid. When used by Yardrats and those who gained the technique thanks to them, it is achieved via Spirit Control. Instant Transmission allows the user and anyone that is in physical contact with them to instantly travel great distances (from meters to light-years, between the living world and Other World, or even travel outside time itself) just by concentrating on a particular individual's ki signature, and transmitting or feeling that being's location. ※ Telekinesis: Also called Psychokinesis, is a technique that allows the user to manipulate objects and other people with the power of one's mind.

They dash past their opponent at astonishing speeds, drawing their sword and performing a high frequency slash, all in an instant. The effects of the technique only appear when the blade is resheathed. ※ Galactic Buster: The user puts their hands together in front of themselves and charges a large, green energy sphere. Then, they spreads their arms out at their sides, splitting the single sphere into two, and finally throwing their hands forward to fire the energy spheres in the form of two energy waves at the opponent, inflicting a massive amount of damage. It is the most powerful variation of the Grand Smasher.

🛡The Mechanoid had been caught off guard by the individuals before them, all four of them seemed like capable individuals, no, Martial Artists. If a tournament was going to happen then they'd certainly be opponents to worry about contending with. Riga was very much aware of how far technique could take someone, how enough technical skill could allow a weaker fighter to take down someone who held a higher power above them. If these fighters were pure martial artists at heart, but were also able to give Yosi and her friends trouble, then that would either attest to how honed their techniques are, how high their battle potential was, or more worrying they had both. The mechanoid felt it would be rude of him if he attempted to include himself again in the conversation, deciding to remain silent unless spoken to directly. Part of him wanted to commend Yosi right in front of these people for calling herself a Patrolman even after everything that's happened, that she still desired to be one. He deeply desired to help her get through her probation period, hoping that if she displayed enough good behavior and "reformation," she could be let in without too much trouble. Though, he imagined she may have social issues with other Patrolmen if she managed to get back in, no doubt some of them would choose to look down upon a "disgraced officer." But, Riga would be there to support her and make sure she had more than enough chances to prove them all wrong should such people ever give her a hard time.
The assassin's cold glare would reduce somewhat at the information, or rather lack thereof, in regards to Daiko, seeming to be disappointed by the lack of information in regards to Daiko's whereabouts. While listening to her words, Chitakk had noticed her power, it felt lowered, very much so. No doubt she was suppressing it, as he didn't imagine a warrior such as herself to allow a drop in her own battle potential, if she did then it would be quite the tragedy. This of course would make him curious about how far she truly did come since he and his students clashed with her and the others. That question of his would quickly be answered as he picked up on Daiko’s energy, the large mass that had grown exponentially. His hands would form into fists, clenching tightly with a martial artist’s eagerness, the Assassin wishing for the day of the Tournament to hasten to the present as soon as it could. With a return of his sharp glare, he’d look to Yosi, disregarding any conversation she was having with his students. “The tournament...Is tomorrow...Be there.” With that information given to her, the Time Skipper would go silent unless spoken to, focusing far too much on the energy that was exuding from Daiko.
The Kai's daze of happiness was slowly faded thinking of how close the tournament was. The woman's hands would then go to her hip while mellowing her eyes. "Ahem . . .Yes, the Tournament is gonna be tomorrow. And you need to prepare! I want to not only see the rematch, but how well you fair against Zi-Zi , Seriri and Daiki. Seeing as the first two came to me for training, and the other came to me with such a strange request." She would say while patting a hand on Chitakk's abs. Her eyes would show a bit of glee as she repeated the motion three times before clearing her throat once more. Her hand would go to her hip while closing her eyes and gaining a bit more of a seriousness. "And while the Tournament is a great reunion. . .Don't forget that there may be more than just this you need to worry about. . .As I can feel, there are many more strong power signatures. . .Some even you can't sense. With that. I think that your journeys aren't over yet. . .Actually, I think all your excitement is just beginning!" Her gaze would close while her arms crossed. The many men and women across the planet were all being viewed. Even seeing the Dojo where the others were. Though as she opened her eyes, a red flare crossed them while her mouth frowned. Her head turned a bit to the east before looking back towards them and returning to her jovial demeanor. "And with that, I think you should give me a call. It wouldn't be a trouble for a round trip to my planet for a bit. . .'Training.'" She'd wink at the last part before stepping back to the men who stood by her side. "Until then, these ninnies will prepare for festivities! Toodles~ . . .KAI KAI!".
YOSI Chitakk's response was to the point and delivered with his usual stoic tone. The guy really knew how to be intimidating, but he seemed to be distracted as well. What had grasped his attention that caused him to stare off into the distance? Yosi started to inquire about it, until the Supreme Kai chimed in to reiterate what the assassin said. The tournament was tomorrow which gave her little time to prepare. She was starting to shaky what with getting to participate in a tournament and getting to see the others again. It seemed Ziber, Seri and Daiko remained in contact with Ingo, but she didn't mention Scryew. Perhaps he too was "away" like she was. Choosing to ignore Ingo's antics with Chitakk and his chest, she wondered who these powerful opponents were. If she couldn't sense them, did that mean they were like the deity before her? Come to think of it, Yosi was still clueless as to why that was. It was apparent that the Supreme Kai was strong, yet she couldn't sense how strong, like her power was "different". Perhaps she would take the woman up on her offer someday to train and figure out. But today she would stick with training with the Major.
After Ingo took her leave with her entourage, Yosi took a deep breath and sighed. Looking to the giant mechanoid beside her, she gave a half smile and nodded. "Tomorrow is the day, Major. I...I'm not sure how to put it into words. It feels like 'thank you' doesn't do it justice...but thank you, for everything. You gave me a second chance to make up for my mistakes. You and everyone else on this planet helped me realize my life was worth saving. Now I can use it help others who can't help themselves. And even if I can't rejoin the Galactic Patrol, I still want to help people. I'll find my own way." The moment she recieved her sentence that day, when she took her first steps back on the planet, Yosi decided then and there. Her new life would begin there and what she did from that point forward would dictate the person she would be. That person, she hoped, she would be more proud of and admirable in the eyes of her peers. "Major! Please help me train for the tournament! I want make sure I'm at my very best. Can we begin after I return? I have to sign up first; hopefully I'm not too late" the girl huffed, bringing her fingers to her forehead. In the blink of an eye, she disappeared.
