BlueRoseTorn reagun ban Elfin Brill Hmm... 60 euro is not bad for such a lovely tattoo. And that it was such a intimate thing is.. well...it make you probably smile everytime you see that tattoo. Indeed. It's like instant friendship, none of the wall breaking. Instant friendship is wierd. I agree, it is. My cousin and I have been really close since he's done mine. Then again, mine took two sessions of two and a half hours. It's freakin' huge. sweatdrop Your tattoo looks lovely, though. Well, if we're talking tattoos now - I've got two, done by different people. The one on my back alternately didn't hurt, or hurt like a bloody beeyotch. Mostly hurt when it went over my shoulder blades. It actually tickled when it reached the top of my back (the curve outward after C7).
The one on my left shouder (at the top of the bicep) didn't hurt almost at all. It's Kanji, and I'm thinking about maybe having two more characters added. It currently says "Penance" - I'm thinking about adding "no hi" to the end to make it "Fires of Penance".

Mine's in my upper-center back. When he got directly over my spine, it tickled like a b***h! It took everything I had not to squirm and cause him to mess up the design. The only thing that stung was the numbering, naturally, since I wanted it thin, and he used a single needle. It felt like I was being cut. gonk It actually hurt more after he was finished than when he was doing it.

Japanese script is amazing looking. I'm not sure I'd ever get it inked on me, though. My next tattoo is actually going to be on my left shoulder, as well. I'm trying to find an interesting Cherokee design, or a myth I can base if off of (I'm trying to get a tattoo that represents each part of my mega-mutt ethnicity--I've wanted to start this project since I was fourteen). I'm still trying to find something that moves me enough that I want it on my shoulder for the rest of my life--it might take years. I'll just get something in the mean-time, though, to hold me out until then. ninja
