⌠A promise will be fulfilled He looked down at it hopeful that it would one day help save him from his curse. "Thank you, for the chain Zephyr. I'll take it as payment for your room." While he was speaking Zephyr had begun leaving the room still half naked. He dashed over and grabbed the man by his arm pulling him back in and shut the door. "Where do you think you're going? you need to get dressed, or at least shift back into your dragon form." He sighed shaking his head. "Really, you don't have any common sense. Put on a shirt while I go into the other room." Leaving Zephyr as he went to change and wash his face for the day. "You better still be here when I gert back." He warned slamming the door behind him and quickly changing knowing that the dragon would not wait for him.⌡

Zephyr cocked his head to one side as Cerin slammed the door.
Now...what was all that fuss about, haha.
Have you forgotten your basic common sense as an ex-human?
Zephyr chuckled lightly as Erebus scolded him.
Right right...four thousand years is too long, haha~
He lifted one hand to the ceiling.
"Change."
A pale blue light surrounded him.
Soon, he stood in a fancy, white robe, decorated with blue and golden embroideries.
Doesn't this seem a little...too luxurious?
Really? I think it looks fine. Better than your shiny dragon armor for sure. Plus, didn't you wear this when we first met? It brings back memories.
Zephyr chuckled again, smiling at the pulsating red sword by his side.
My...someone is getting a little sentimental.
...AM NOT!!!
He was still laughing when Cerin came back.

【 Ever watched Farsen as he left. She took a large drink of water, preparing herself for her mission ahead of her. She then proceeded to the way that Farsen had gone. Ever was a little nervous not only to begin her sword training, but also to embark on the journey ahead of the pair. She wasn't sure she trusted Farsen 100%, but he seemed to have the best intentions in the situation. Finally, Ever was with Farsen outside the doors.

⌠Cerin walked back in on Zephyr laughing, but I mean what else was new...his clothes. "Did you steal those?" He asked eyeing up the fancy robe. They were too ornate for him to have bought them. "You know what...I don't even want to know." He shook his head and went to the door with Zephyr at his side. The only problem is that it will draw too much attention.

They skipped breakfast as the owner was giving Cerin strange looks. They knew, he had entered the room alone, but somehow came out with someone else. They hurried out into the street so they couldn't demand more money from them. Walking around maybe they could find the town hall and gain information about the southern lands politics. A child pointed at Zephyr. "Look mama! A prince! A prince!" Cerin mentally kicked himself as the girl ran up to Zephyr staring at his face. "Mama! He's prettier than you!" The girl squealed in delight holding her arms up to be lifted. "Miss we need to hurry. Excuse us." Cerin tried to move away, but the girl's lip quivered as she glared at him. "No! You're ugly! Go away the prince is mine." She gripped Zephyr's robe and buried her face in it crying. Exasperated Cerin tried to reason with her again.⌡

What does he mean by stealing it, haha.
Beats me. Humans are weird things.
As Zephyr followed Cerin out into the streets, a little girl gaped at him.
When the little girl began to sob into his robe, he crouched down, smiling at her gently.
"I'm sorry," he said, as the little girl looked up at him with teary eyes, "But this prince already has his own princess."
He patted the little girl's head, one hand disappearing behind his back.
Moments later, a pale blue rose completely made out of ice rested in front of the girl's eyes.
"One day, you will find your own Prince too. So don't cry, little princess."
He offered the rose to her, as he kissed her lightly on the forehead.
The little girl blushed, accepting the rose shyly, giving him a wobbly curtesy, before running off giggling in delight.
Zephyr watched her leave with a smile, before turning to Cerin.
"You were cute and small back then too. Always going, 'Zephy, Zephy, pick me up!'"
He chuckled at the memory, before skipping ahead, holding out a hand toward Cerin.
"Now, shall we go...Princess?"

⌠ Cerin was slightly impressed with how easily Zephyr handled the child and thought back onto his and his sister's childhood days when the dragon would watch over them. Lost in memories, he didn't quite hear Zephyr's question and muttered a quiet 'yes' taking his hand. Unconsciously letting the person lead him away. They were halfway to the wherever had caught Zephyr's fancy when he realized what was happening. Snatching his hand away, he turned and started walking away infuriated that he let Zephyr mess with him so easily.

Finally spotting the town's meeting hall they learned that there hasn't been fighting between the two sides since the war began a hundred years ago. However, both sides seemed to be anxious and were starting to become more adventurous and bold recently. There was fear and speculation that another war would break out soon, but when that would happen was uncertain.Cerin also found out that if they wanted to find a way to earn money, he would have to look elsewhere. ⌡
