I'd hate for this Guild to be just people saying "RAWR! CN SUXX0RS!!!1!1!" so let's actually devise a plan to take action.

If there is one, it might be a good idea for the Guild owner or a VC to post it. =/

There's already an established YouTube channel. And besides, how would that help? Just being an organization doesn't get anything done; that organization has to do something.

We should attempt to make rants on Cartoon Network on Youtube, which is where our voice will be heard the most. We need to act serious about this and make sure the rant is well thought out.

Shouldn't be rant. NEVER call your argument a rant, because then people won't take you seriously. It should be something like, "Reasons to bring back Toonami".
