---Well today I made a Subject but... You're lacking the basic structure of a Guild sweatdrop
There needs to be an announcement stating the main rules of the Guild and the expectations, and also there needs to be a Vice Captain of the Guild and Crew so that they can monitor things when you can't be on...
Also there has to be money being donated to the Guild so that we can create sub-forums. One for Roelplaying, One for chatting... If you're doing contests then you'll need one for that too. I run 2 Guilds so...yeah sweatdrop
