Hi everyone! I really like to write, and I also like to read. I've given up writing fiction, however, and I've given up reading most fiction. However, I have interesting dreams that seem to have some interesting point or meaning to them, and sometimes I want to share them. If the story is an accurate account of the dream, and its made obvious that it is a dream (perhaps including what you thought when you woke up, XD), do you count the dream as fiction, as part of non-fiction, or something separate from them entirely? In a way I count it as something separate, closer to non-fiction, because I really dreamed them, even if they are not exact real life events. Of course, if they are based on anime or games or if they are completely wacky and have no significance, then I have no intention of sharing them, but what do you all think about dreams? If they don't fit into fiction or non-fiction, what category would they fit into? Or what should they be called? Perhaps they are just dreams?
Please keep in mind that dreams are included in scripture, although they have been prophetic. I'm convinced that mine are not at all even close to prophetic, but what category do they fit into?
