1) tThat is Headmaster's Department. 2) No. You are not.

So then the first question I have to ask the headmaster for the answer then. Thank you. I asked the 2nd question because the headmaster had stated that you can use any card other than the Exodia pieces or the Egyptian God Cards. So according the headmaster I can use any card except the above mentioned cards and anime exclusives.

Another question: So according to the headmaster I can use the Seal of Orichalcos then? It is after all a real card made in real life. You can look it up on Yugioh Wikia. It was made for Upper Deck employees only (along with a few other cards) back when Upper Deck and Konami still were had a professional business ties.

Mhm. I had forgotten about what Headmaster had said. Yes, you can use any card in Yugioh. As long as it is not a made up card. But, Yugioh was ruined when they made 5D's. Does anyone Agree?

I have a question regarding a devack deck I want to work on. Is the deck really mostly ape and gorilla monsters? (I do know it haves earthbound Immortal Cusillu in it which I don't think I can get at all in real life)
