Living on the East Coast there Collo?

I'm in Ohio, so it's not as bad as DC or anything, but sheesh. We've had more snow so far this year than our previous record from 1910.

Pennsylvania here. We're beating only a record from 1996, but it was a DOOZY of a year, so it's sounds worse then it is. I remember the snow from one night was so bad, it closed the schools for a strait week. eek

Haha, practically everything here is closed. Ohio gets pretty nasty winters, but the way people here react to them is always panic panic panic. biggrin

But I guess panic is in order when we got a whole foot of snow in a couple of hours yesterday. >.<

Time for more brandy and shoveling. biggrin

I'm only half finished with shoveling out my driveway. If February continues like this, I'm gonna be ripped. But hey, at least I will have saved on a gym membership.

That's why I'm glad that my in-laws have a snow blower. Even I can get the drive biggrin MY parents got 2 feet in the last big snow, and they're about midway between here and Columbus. Daddy just uses the truck, he's got a plow, or the bucket tractor to clear the drive.

PA is the same way. We get fairly snowy winters more often then not, but every time snow is forecasted on the weather channel, everyone freaks.

A very peculiar, and as far as I know, entirely local thing is that the moment PAers hear "Snow", they immediately go out and buy eggs, milk, and bread.
It's like some pandemic desire for french toast sweeps over Pennsylvania, and they are helpless against it's siren call.

We only got about 4 inches here, maybe 5. But the problem wasn't so much the temp, as it was the wind... My that was bitter.

no snow in washington for me.

this makes me ): and be jealous somewhat of you snow-people. i've never been in a legit snow before.

EDIT:

Ever since "breaking up with" my coven, which I did a bit reluctantly, I have been overcome with a sense of overwhelming spiritual excitement and positivity and all-around awesome feelings toward my path. I have zero idea where they're coming from or consciously why I feel this way, but I'm not going to start complaining.

This area rarely gets snow. I think a friend of mine said this is the first real snow she's seen down here in like 10 years?

That sounds exciting. ^^ The only thing I can think of though, is perhaps somehow the coven as an entity was subconsciously preventing something? I don't know, way too tired to think properly at the moment.

That looks wonderfully well done Byaggha. ^^ Looks awful tight, looks to be quite durable. ^^

Thanks, Noble! I'm pleased with the result. And I figured out what it is! It's the perfect size for being a mug rug for under the massive mug I drink water out of. 3nodding

Dear Evan: It's unfortunate that you seem to be going through your awkward years while you are a huge public figure. You were way cuter in high school

Johnny Weir has Tassels and corset lacing on his outfit. I was going to stay up to watch Evan, but he's on too late for me. I'll settle for Weir.

You are most certainly welcome. ^^
And pleased you should be, and that would make an excellent use for it.
