Is it a sad sign of too much time on the internet that I'm having a reaction to the thread in M&R titled 'Faith is Stupid' that is only the want to post nothing but NO U in reply? xd

Byaggha Is it a sad sign of too much time on the internet that I'm having a reaction to the thread in M&R titled 'Faith is Stupid' that is only the want to post nothing but NO U in reply? xd xd I have that reaction to some threads too in M&R. Especially when it's a variation of the same topic I've seen posted 50+ or 100+ times.

Byaggha rmcdra University towns quiet down during the breaks I've come to notice. That's because, instead of parents coming to see us and bring us food, we go home and get food there! And do allllll our laundry! biggrin Best part of break, hands-down. I'm visiting my parents, and will probably come home with Thanksgiving leftovers in addition to clean clothes. biggrin

Sophist http://seapagan.org/pagan-hierarchy/pagan-hierarchy.gif Nice to know someone's keeping tabs on this. lol I find it hard to differentiate between revivalism and reconstructuralism at times. But either way, I'm on top or near it! ******** YEAH. cool Oh, I'm having an interesting day. It's bad when I feel the urge to get belligerent when someone tries to dictate the foundings of Roman Holidays to me, isn't it?

But either way, I'm on top or near it! ******** YEAH. cool Same here. *high fives* xd Although, I wonder where "Reformed Kemeticism" would fall on that spectrum? People more articulate than I The primary purpose of this is to develop a modern Kemetic religion that is strongly informed by academic information on ancient Kemetic beliefs and practices. ... Like Hellenic polytheism, Kemeticism cannot reasonably be recreated as it was in the days when it was the state religion. ... we will attempt to create a modern Kemetic religion that fits the situation modern Kemetics find themselves in. Amongst other ideas, this include the concept of Kemeticism being "in diaspora", which rules out the option of, for example, celebrating holidays with large masses of people, or having a pharaoh.

Ugh. I hate trying to apartment hunt. Nobody places their rates in their ads, or the good places are way to freaking expensive.

Anyone want some books? I'm going through another book purge and wouldn't mind giving some way at the cost of shipping, or even a trade. I have a bunch of classics, including Greek classics. If anyone shows interest I'll make a list.
