You might try Ghost in the Shell: Arise- Alternative Architecture. Of course there is always Cowboy Bebop. I really liked Genshiken it has a great take on Otaku. Daiguard( "Office workers saving the world") is fun too. If you are looking for a tough female protagonist try Armitage the III. There are also Excel Saga, Cromartie High School, Martian Successor Nadesico, Eureka Seven, Super Dimensional Fortress Macross, and The Irresponsible Captain Tylor.

I remembered today that I hadn't really seen Kämpfer in full, so I have now rewatched what I originally saw on youtube, and a bit more, and now intend to see the rest.

Well the teaser is out for Doctor Strange. I think I know what will be my one comic book movie to see this year. I hope this is one step closer to the Infinity Gauntlet. Now we just need Adam Warlock.

Ok, finally seen Kämpfer .... and also finally seen Akira, in full, and subbed so I could understand it.

Started on Kill la Kill because I felt I had nothing to do .... and OMG is that series over-the-top or totally over-the-top?
The naughty outfits is not the only thing in it, I think the (male) teacher has been posing more than any of the other characters already!

I hope to finally watch all of .Hack//Sign. Tried to watch it a few years ago through Netflix, but halfway through the series they had missing disks.

...It seems Alienine only has 4 episodes as an anime ... It seems the advice I got of reading the manga instead indeed is far better:
I started reading it years ago, but barely started on it, it is clearly longer.

I've now watched everything .Hack//. Took me awhile(actually only about three days, but who's counting), but that was a lot of anime to watch. Not sure what I'm gonna watch next.

I stumbled upon a strange anime last night Ansutsu Kyoushitsu Assassination Classroom. It's about a Junior High class full of deliquinents and academic failures who are being trained to be assassins to kill a giant octopus like creature that has just blown up the moon and is threatening to blow up the Earth. Oh, did I mention that the creature that blew up the moon is also their teacher, and he happens to be the best one they've had. A very strange anime, but I like it.
