Fiddlers Green Sophist Does anyone remember the name of the fallacy in which one thing is another thing at the same time? Do you mean Equivocation? Where a single word is implied in multiple senses or interchangably? Or are you looking for the one where a single concept has multiple words and one is quibbling over semantics?
I mean if a being is supposed to be considered an individual and at the same time something else. e.g. Egyptian syncretism, the Trinity.
