ugh i really hate doing stuff like that over the phone because you have to spell things and talk clearly and just--ugh it's so inconvenient and unnerving to not be able to directly see the info theyre looking at or explain it SOMEDAY MAYBE WE CAN DO THINGS WITH VIDEOSHARING ;-;

but ugghh wait times are the worst. Especially when your battery is dying and you can't find the charger emotion_donotwant
And the lamest songs ever are played when put on hold with the VA. At least the DMV plays good oldies music cos you know they take forever and a half to answer.

omg lol this reminds me that my mom's work has a radio station for their hold music but it's like, a radio station they don't get all the time. so sometimes the wait music is just crackly static with some country thrown in.

Hey everyone finally cut off all of my beard and just got back from barber shop with a hair cut now its far shorter.
Slick: lol Oh yeah hate doing customer service calls specially when at work cause the customer you are doing this for is always impatient for some reason. The people on the other line always do something like this "how do you spell Carol?" Then anyone who has this happen face just goes neutral
I always manage to hear smooth jazz when put on hold rofl
