I was most excited about the Nightmare Before Christmas alteration to my favorite ride, the Haunted Mansion. It was pretty good but I think I prefer the original version. I started buying pins and it's addicting. And they're cute. Also, I went to California Adventure the first time ever and thought the Ferris Wheel was terrifying while the roller coaster and Tower of Terror were simply fun. sweatdrop

According to my Disney-manic friend, any customer may go up to any employee and trade any pin of e's own (the customer) for any pin of the employee and the employee must make the trade. At least, for Disney World. If it is true, I'd imagine it would apply to the Disney Lands as well. Do you know if it is true?

Tower of Terror is disappointing, methinks. It would be more terrifying if you weren't in a closed room with a bunch of others.

Edit: Just saw your post above, and no they didn't really detract from anything. I didn't even know they were going on, although we did see a few smoke clouds here and there on the way through.
