I got my wings! xD It turns out that everything in my inventory was just enough to afford them >.< Now for the Bolt Deodorant, Masquerade 3rd Gen., Cloud, and Fallen Wish 6th Gen. This might take a while. xP At least my avie is attractive in the interim!

I recently found out where I can check my grades on-line and my stress levels just went way down. I made this most idiotic of mistakes recently which made me fail a lab. I had panicked and pretty much thought I'd failed the class. Looking at the grades, it is obvious that, while I can't get an A+, I can still pass. And, as I am changing my major to a completely different subject, a lack of an A+ in Chem Lab won't kill my chances.

Furthermore, I have a paper due next month that is twice as long as any paper I've written. 1500 words; the length of outlines, not essays. However, I just got the paper detailing what is expected for the paper and it looks like it will be very do-able. I have to choose six words that are not of Germanic, Latin, or Greek origin and detail how they became English words, how they have evolved, etc. Writing only 300 words for each word will easily bring me over the word-count.

So happy. SO relieved. <3

One C does kill my grade. One C on an exam is all it takes to keep me from getting an A overall. At best, I can get a B+ now. For someone who's identity and sense of self-worth is largely tied up in academic achievement, like mine is, that's as good as failure.

And yes, I'm aware that's very unhealthy. There's a reason I'm back in therapy. sweatdrop

I don't know what I did wrong yet since we won't get them back until Monday, but I'm betting it has to do with those goddamned verbs with irregular or stem-changing preterit forms. stressed

I was violently sick throughout 6th and 7th period, it was horrible. Only when 7th period was half over could I scramble to the nurses.

I slept for like 3 hours after that and drank half my weight in ginger ale, so I feel a little better now, but still.

I was violently sick throughout 6th and 7th period, it was horrible. Only when 7th period was half over could I scramble to the nurses.

I slept for like 3 hours after that and drank half my weight in ginger ale, so I feel a little better now, but still.

I'm still SO angry that the school would feed something like that to their students. Apparently, other kids have gotten sick from the school's lunches before, too.
But, oh well.

Hmm... Well, I do need to start eating healthier, anyhow.
I'm not fat at all, I'm one of those lucky children who eat whatever they feel like and it doesn't affect them, but it's still unhealthy and a bad habit. Besides, it will catch up with me later. I might not gain now, but later it'll kick me in the butt.

So that's a great idea, I'll prolly start bringing healthier foods to school with me.
