AngryRobotsInc. You could look into nonliquid sources of calcium as well, but you'll need to eat them pretty frequently, as often not as much is processed by the body as with liquid sources. I believe leafy greens are a decent source, but it's been a while since I've looked into it.
I do eat a lot of things like spinach, but I'm worried it won't be enough.
TeaDidikai Recursive Paradox Yeah really. My calcium needs are really not being met (were really never being met because my IBS just dumped any milk I drank out of my system). With the higher chances of osteoporosis from MtF hormone replacement therapy, the need for a stable calcium source that doesn't go through my intestines at warp speed has seriously increased. >.< Any chance you could talk to a Medical Professional about a combination of calcium citrate and magnesium citrate?
I'll see. I could talk to my endocrinologist (he's also a general practitioner) about it, since those trips are already covered by my very small insurance.

maenad nuri Shearaha Ugh, it's ridicously hot out today. And I didn't leave the AC on for the critters crying . It was supposed to be raining scream I hope everyone's ok when I get home. EDIT: Also Hubby says I can come meet folks in the Chicago area. So long as everyone there is aware that he is not there to meet people, only for my protection. And he'll be armed. So if everyones ok with him being there and being armed then I can meet people ninja My gut reaction is one of alarm, but that's a little disturbing. If it's at my place, guns are banned by the lease, and Illinois does not allow concealed or open carry. (I can't recall your exact state), Chicago is even more restrictive. Concerning guns, I think you need to register them and have a permit of some sort. My grandpa owns tons of guns, mainly hunting rifles but he has to have a permit. I dunno if it's okay to carry a concealed weapon in the open in Chicago. It's been years since I heard anything concerning their gun laws. >.< I could ask my grandmother or grandfather the next time I speak with him though..

Conceled carry is illegal throughout all of Illinois. Owning is fine -- I'm probably learning how to shoot soon (If we move in with a friend who owns guns, I insist to learn) but Illinois has some of the most restrictive gun laws in the US.

Things are different there than it is in TX. I think you can carry a concealed gun around..now wonder I miss IL so much. >.<
