AngryRobotsInc. Fiddlers Green How will you be making gluten free bread? Barley? I know that has less gluten. What sort of foods ar they? surprised Gluten is pretty much anything wheat, or wheat derived. I know off the top of my head there's rice flour, and various type of flours made from beans. And corn flour. All of which are gluten free, and I know there's other types I'm forgetting. Most of the recipes call for a mix of different flours, as that's generally best anyway, even using wheat flour. Luckily, he's not going on a yeast free diet as well, or then I'd probably have some difficulties with a few of the bread recipes. Masa Harina is win. Rice flour is great, but it takes some getting used to ingredients wise. I have an awesome brownie recipe somewhere, courtesy of my D&D ST. I'll see if I can dig it up and share it. Be warned about trychtamel, if it's coeliac and you've detoxed, it can provoke reactions. I learned that the hard way. While I was detoxing it didn't provoke a reaction, but as time goes on you become more intolerant of gluten.

Fiddlers Green Good to see you online, Wing. surprised I'm on most days, though at strange (even for me) hours. My sleep cycle still hasn't recovered, though I am well into recovery.

I suffer from awkward sleep cycles as well. Like right now, it's almost 5:00. I should be asleep. But...nope.

maenad nuri OH HELL YES. When you are able to stalk, please do so. You can even stay the night, if need be. I always forget about the Navy stuff up north, because, well. It's Illinois, and my brother in Law went elsewhere when he signed up. Whoot! Great Lakes is the only Naval training camp now. They've been closing a number of bases, but that's a regular occurrence really. chaoticpuppet Well, I guess, really, it's North Chicago, and I'll be literally right next to the Navy base. Muwhahahaha! I can yell at you when I'm in basic! xp

I have a massive surplus of sleep, 12-16 hours usually. Anybody want some? I think when I get nervous I start to sleep more, or maybe I'm just lazy. xp
