I do think it's very unfair of them to make people use their real money in a shop like that. Gaia once prided itself on being completely free, relying on donations. I can understand that with it's growth they need more ways of making the cash to sustain it, but doing it in this way to people who can't afford to spend on it or have no way of doing so is ludicrous.

On another note, what do we think of the guild's new name?

Yeah, they can't do that because of the backward inflation it would cause in the Gaia Cash. Even though botting is technically disallowed, people still do it like crazy. Imagine what would happen if all that gold was suddenly converted into cash. Prices for cash items would go through the roof!

Be active where you can Ekklesiast. If you could be active in some of the fantasy areas sometimes that'd be great, but you are welcome to focus on the Historical Archives as your main area of expertise if you want. It just can't be the ONLY area you post in. smile

The baggy trousers don't really do it any justice to be honest, but the rest would definitely work for a very grim reaper-ish avatar. Make him look more like a lich! That'd be good.

Well I'm wearing the amigo pants, there are also the "blade's leggings". It depends on whether you want it to look haggard and foreboding, which lichs generally are. I can't really say what else because I've not really looked into that style of avatar myself. What I do is browse the shops for ideas, then try the stuff on to see how it looks. Look in the necromancy thread in the catacombs for pictures of lichs to get more of an idea. smile
