After being in the ER trust me you'll have to do it.
...and by weird I mean I'm not used to taking off a lady's shirt for practical purposes ninja
the more you do it the less you'll think about it. Just keep in mind they are sick and they need your help.
though I can't help but giggle when the textbook talks about "pendulous breasts" and my instructor is telling us stories about her evaluations in geriatrics where ladies just swing their breasts back over their shoulder cos of sag to palpate the apical pulse.

It makes me sad that there is nowhere I can fan-gasm over my favorite gaia NPC.
