and i don't like people owing me stuff cuz they never give it back, but they keep saying they will and i have to be all bitchy to them and then they hate me sweatdrop

My policy is not to lend stuff that I mind losing. Like, if I let someone borrow something, I know there's a chance I won't get it back; if I'm not ok with that, they're not going to get it. I'm not-confrontationalist though, so if they don't give it back I ususally don't do anything other then erm, not lend them anything ever again ^_^
