The Undead Suitor so like FX is playing the new star trek movie and whats with all the ******** lens flares? JJ Abrams-isms 101, lensflare for the lensflare god. Something about it looking more natural from what I've understood. Movie's still good....not as good as Wrath of Khan or The Undiscovered Country but still slight better than the TNG Movies... At least to me anyways Hopefully Abrams is going fore a more trek like story with the trek sequel he's got in production instead of a hurr durr introductory action romp with angry romulans miners and sylar. The thing that sort of made Star Trek stand apart was some of the moral, social and ethical questions their stories sometimes presented to the viewer.

I never understood why go back to the original series while there were so many other things to discover in the ST world. I mean, Wesley Crusher turned into a frikin' time traveler and we never saw him again O.o (and like that, a ton of new drama). And if it is all about "new generations of viewers entering he ST universe blah blah blah" thing, It didn't work emotion_donotwant

Are they making a sequel to Star Trek? That's good. I always thought it would be cool to see more of those characters in their altered timeline thingy.

Man. Both my parents are Star Trek fans. We always always watched it growing up. Even when I go to stay with dad he's all "I got a new star trek DVD cool " and we watch xD
