Dylan sighed heavily. "Yeah, and I gotta go do music..." His eyes drifted from the house back up to Ian's. "Meet me by my car at the end. Ian felt his face flush a little when Dylan kissed him. I won. I got him. Mentally checking himself, Ian realized that just because Dylan kissed him didn't mean he loved him. Though with Dylan asking him to his car, Ian couldn't help but beam. Walking back into the house, Ian didn't care who Mika was dancing with, he just didn't care anymore.

Dylan stopped once he was inside. The party seemed wane a bit. Glancing over at the clock, he noted it was 2:30. It would be over soon. Resuming his post, he set a new track down and began his work.

Ian cast his glance up to Dylan, turning away a second later. Walking around till he found Mika, Ian asked "Hey, I wanna talk to you. Alone." Ian just wanted to know what Mika's take on him going for Dylan would be.

Mika looked over to see Ian. "Ohhh yeah sure..." She set her cup down and walked up the stairs. "Come on! Hehehe."
Dylan continued focusing on his music. He glanced up to see the two of them walking up the stairs.

Ian grabbed Mika's hand, leading her upstairs. "So, I was wondering. How would you feel about me and Dylan? You know, going out." Ian approached the topic carefully, afraid that Mika would say something mean, and hurtful. "I just want to know, if , you know, you like him or something." Ian prayed that she didn't.

Dylan saw Ian lead her up the stairs. His heart sank as his stomach churned. What a jackass! One minute he's helping me come out, and now he's after my best friend? He clenched his jaw tight at the welling of anger.
Mika laughed. "That boy is positively gay! I don't care at all, I think you two would be cute!"

At the end of the party, Dylan began to break down his equipment. The clock read 3:40 AM. "Hey thanks again." Cole passed him his paycheck in cash. "Anytime." He brought his stuff out to his car.

Ian looked at his watch, he was running late. Thanking Mika, he ran downstairs and out into the cold. Seeing Dylan, Ian caught up, making sure to look around him, before he wrapped his arms around Dylan. "Hey. I'm here." Ian smiled, closing his eyes. Opening them to make sure that Dylan had stayed where he was supposed to.

Dylan had just finished throwing his equipment into his car, when he felt arms around him and heard Ian's voice in his ear. "What do you want?" He said coldly.

Ian let go, feeling the coldness in Dylan's voice. "Remember, you're the one who told me to come see you." Thinking over what he had done in the last hour to make Dylan act this way, Ian realized he must have seen him and Mika. "Oh, don't think that. Please, of all people, you should know I only go for guys. I was asking her something."

Dylan rolled his eyes, his face getting red from anger. "Whatever....you asked before about dating her so maybe the rumors were wrong and you're bi...." He closed the back door and opened the driver's door.

Ian grabbed Dylan's hand, pulling him to himself. "No. I was testing you. I wanted to see how you would react. Cause I like you." Everything was out in the open, Ian's feelings, his plan, everything. All that was left for Dylan to do was reject him.

Dylan looked at him in disbelief. "Testing me? So because you like me, that gives you the right to toy with me?"

"No. I wanted to see if you liked me back. I was just teasing you." Ian felt awful for what he had done, and he hoped it showed in his eyes. It wasn't like he had meant to hurt Dylan, just see if he like Ian. "I'm sorry. Just tell me to leave you alone, and I will. If you never want to see me again, I won't come near you again."

Dylan felt tears of anger well up in his eyes. He slapped Ian across the face hard, pausing for a moment. "That's for testing me." An irrational thought came to his head, but anything that came to mind was expressed. He grabbed his face and kissed him hard. After a few seconds, Dylan let go.
