@ Lt: We spend our lives searching for the dining room set that defines us as a person. We work s**t jobs so that we can buy things we don't need. We're trapped by the mundane, and pretty soon the swedish furniture owns us.

It's the philosophy in Fight Club, the book/movie I'm obsessed with. Just search up Fight Club on Youtube and Tyler Durden will explain it to you.
