EDIT: Tosh was resurrected. 3nodding My roommate came in, slammed the door, and I dropped my waterbottle, all over her. gonk But it seems she's okay now, everything except the spacebar is working now (I'm having to copy-paste a space between every word), but since everything else is working okay, odds are good my spacebar will recover too, right?

I went to a career fair today!

Talked to three prominent biotechnology companies and got my resume out there.

It was such a unique experience for me to wear women's formal wear. I had never had a reason to before now and here I am in femme cut slacks, femme cut pinstripe button down top, buttoned almost all the way over a white camisole (I can't close it over my boobs anymore, they've gotten too big for that o_O) and really shiny black leather shoes.

I was smart enough to not get wedges or heels, because my fallen arches make walking in even the lower wedges ungodly painful.

I really looked good, especially with my new haircut. I tied it up with hair chopsticks and had this face framing side bangs thing going on. I really feel like I stood out to the recruiters, not just because I looked really well put together and cute, but also because I was confident, open, friendly and really knowledgeable.

They were all really impressed with the fact that I had already looked at their website and went over what their company did to see if I would work out well there. I'm really becoming the confident, professional businesswoman.

I'm so pleased. =^.^=

I'm all for trying to get people to recognise that even ugly animals have uses, but THAT ******** thing needs to be killed with fire. With great speed and impunity.

It's sad, I love all the things bees can produce, but I'm petrified of them. Of course, that thing is an ungodly creature of the Beast and is the herald of Armageddon, Ragnarok, and Tax Season.

Seriously I'm having ******** nightmares tonight.

I've only been stung once! And I had the fear before that. That particular bugger followed me from my university classroom IN MY ******** BOOK BAG and stung me at home.
