TeaDidikai Deoridhe How are you and the darling hubby, though? It's been an age. Hmmm... since last we chatted like this... I think: New Job New Car New Apartment New Hat New Spiritual project... I'm working in a resort. I spend most of my day making kids happy. I'm driving my dream car, a 74 VW Super beetle named Haddie. I plan to make her a project car- a Steam Punk Bug. I moved closer to work- so instead of a half hour commute, it's only about 20 min, but it also places me in a flood plain. My old hat died. It was well loved, and I miss it. My new one on the other hand is rabbit. heart My latest spiritual project is constructing a series of prayers to be said in conjunction with my family's collection of Horse Brasses.
Wow! I think the new apartment was on the way, but the rest is fantastic! What are Horse Brasses, and which side of the family? |

"metal charms designed to be decorations and ward against unpleasantness/draw in specific influences that were hung from certain styles of horse tack". Hipshot definition. I had some hung up in the old apartment... but I don't think I let anyone in my room so they may not have been seen. And the collection comes from my father's side of the family and AJ's family. ninja

Those sound really neat. I know someone raised by horses and writing his thesis on them. Would you be adverse to me hooking the two of you together? |
