My Aunt is Well!! She was hospitalised twice recently (she's had cancer and a stroke and most recently she collapsed).

We have two new baby gerbils!! Both look identical ( a pale grey) and we're still deciding on names. Echo, Daphne, Muffin or Flora.
I am all for giving up, considering they look the same, and just calling them 'the borg' collectively. One will be 'one of two' the other 'two of two'.

They are soooo cuuuuuute. ^_^

In other news, our reflux experiment was cut short today. For a start, it had been decided that instead of using a bunsen flame, boiling water baths would be used to heat the chemical, which proved HUGELY ineffective and there wasn't a single person who managed to get a distillate at the end. It took two freaking hours and we got nothing tangible from it at all.

The other reason we had to stop was that the sinks were leaking into the room below and their roof collapsed! Being evil, I wanted to pour acid and boiling water down the sinks. twisted

I second the gladness that your aunt's feeling better DB.

We've got four female mice who are all BalbC (albino strain used in research) can't tell one from the other, so we just call tham "the girls" The dominant female is going to be having little ones in appx 2 weeks. Hoping for some color, the male's a fancy redhead heart

Holy s**t Nuri, thats a beautiful house! I love those big american homes, you get so much more for your money.

The names picked for the gerbils were Daphne and Muffin. But they're still the borg to me. wink
