"The inhabitants of cities suppose that the country landscape is pleasant only half the year [...] To the attentive eye, each moment of the year has its own beauty, and in the same field, it beholds, every hour, a picture which was never seen before, and which shall never be seen again" (Emerson, "Nature" 1115).

"These facts may suggest the advantage which the country-life possesses for a powerful mind, over the artificial and curtailed life of cities" (Emerson, "Nature" 1120).

"The poet, the orator, bred in the woods, whose scenes have been nourished by their fair and appeasing changes, year after year, without design and without heed, - shall not lose their lesson altogether, in the roar of cities or the broil of politics" (Emerson, "Nature" 1120).

*listens to the Pocahontas soundtrack* I made a reference to one of the songs from the film, so I had to listen to the soundtrack, lol.

I still have my CR to do for English Studies, but I'll take care of that later when I have more time to brainstorm and what not over it.

I'm going to chat with Mom before dinner is ready to see if she'll help me with putting my hair up in a bun using the hairogami thing. So talk to you later.
Not sure if I'll get back around, since I'll probably be getting ready for the Drag Show event after dinner. So TTFN!

I'm trying to figure out what to write for my CR for English Studies. *sighs* The past couple CRs were easy to figure out what to write about. But this time around... not so much.

Currently doing some research on an idea of what I could write my CR on... but I don't know whether I'll actually go with this one or not. *sighs*

It's always interesting seeing what videos (or other forms of media) that people get so worked up about - specifically on whether it's real or not. *shakes up* Sometimes I wonder if people even take the time to consider all of the potential circumstances that could potentially occur before saying their opinion.

*sighs* You know what... I don't like this idea. I feel like it's not a good CR topic to write about. While it's interesting I must say personally, I don't think it's good to have as a CR topic. So... back to the drawing board.

It sort of sucks that I'm drawing up a blank on what to write this time around... especially when I only have this evening and tomorrow to write my CR rough draft. *sighs*
