People find it endearing. I used to but the shitty writing makes me die inside.

That said, I have high hopes for Moffat! W00t!

Trying to pixel knee length turqoise hair? Yah, it's freaking HARD.
How do you make a turqoise palette look good on hair? And with such a massive amount of hair, the shading is gonna look awful.

I always thought that Doctor Who had endearingly bad writing. Like Army of Darkness or some of those other B movies. It was just so hokey and campy that I found it amusing more often than not.

I'd never take it seriously as a drama or adventure series. Maybe when Moffat jumps in?
