I have the Personal Trainer: Cooking program for it (I don't want to call it a game because well, it's not really a game) and I hope to feel more comfortable cooking soon.

How does the Weight Loss Coach program work? Can you give an example?

I'm curious on that myself. My DS library is just filled with Square Enix titles and a music game and Brain Age. xd

How does the Weight Loss Coach program work? Can you give an example?

It has mini-activities that are done in under a minute- goals for 24 hours and it includes a pedometer that plugs into your DS and keeps track of how many steps you walk in a day.

It's basically brain age with physical activity.

...My floor mate is reading her philosophy textbook wrong. She's talking about Plato's dialogue of Socrates where he's imprisoned for corrupting the youth. She's reading Athens as Athena. Imagine my shock when she reads the sentence, "Is it immoral if he chooses to leave Athena completely?" xD

It went away shortly after I burned a furrow into my throat with way too hot of food. Now it's back with a vengeance, around the same time as the swollen cooked flesh of my esophagus stopped blocking a bit of my throat off.

I can only imagine that some of the dead tissue from the internal burn has flaked off and acted as an irritant. >.<
