Similar to Fiddler, I don't think I'll ever go to another inkslinger again. The guy who did mine

• was incredibly talented artisticly speaking
  
• put me so much at ease that the tattooing didn't hurt
  
• kept me engaged in fascinating conversation, he thought the crystal ball I was holding was for channelling and when I actually told him what it was, we had a conversation regarding it and things like it
  
• was a hottie

A dear friend gifted me with a small crystal ball, the quality of which is fantastic, for some reason (I've never actually thought to ask) and it resonates of them.
I was using it as a distraction for the pain I thought was going to be there.

Indeed. But it did add a new appropriated catchphrase to my repertoire: "Trout of Forgetfulness" goes right up there with Grayed's "CHICKEN SANDWICH." and the SomethingAwful/Stealth Jew/Time Cube crossover "TIME JEW IS GOD". And my "Jesus H. Christ on a neon-green turbo-injected pogo stick".
