Stormpaw sniffed the air and started walking towards the strange smell.

"Firepaw, we can just say that Sprintsong ordered us to drag it here. Besides, there should be one apprentice that can help us with the rogue, if it manages to awaken." Sleetfur whispered, while trying to hear or track any other cats near camp.

"Great Starclan! Can you repeat all of that again? Maybe with a bit more detail this time? Bring him into my den and explain what in Starclan happened?"

Duskpaw ran back to where she put Whisperkit and picked her up gently while walking back to Swiftsoul.

Sunshard stalked among the rocks, only her amber eyes glinting in the shadows. Withefire((was that the name?)) and she jumped silently to the FireClan border, rolling around in their border markings before they carried on.

Sunshard tripped over a bush, sending her flying face-flat in to the dry grass. The shrubs make too much sound! And the plains are so soft- I feel like I'm sinking

Finally they stalked up to FireClan camp, most cats were asleep, except for a tom on guard. He looked like he was sleeping on his paws- it wouldn't be hard to sneak past him.

The twosome crept silently around the camp, winding back to the nursery. Knowing that they couldn't break through the bramble wall, Sunshard whispered through the barrier. "Hey, kits!"

"Who's there?" a voice squeaked.

"We're mighty warriors of StarClan. Come over here and we'll send you on a quest."

"Gingerkit! Rubykit! Wake up, we're gonna go on a quest."

"Really?" another mew asked.

Three kits ran out of the nursery, and being as small as they were, wriggled out from under the thorns.

Before they could even realize Sunshard and Withfire weren't warriors of StarClan, they snatched the kits and carried them back to camp.

Sleetfur could hear a faint sound coming closer, from within the camp. He whispered, "Let's go Firepaw!"
