Wow, I never thought I'd be looking forward to attending the hospital eight times in a month. That says so much!

Man, I have a great "Candystriper From Hell" avatar idea but I like this avatar too much to change it just yet.

My thing is generally silver hair when not wearing a wig, and the emo glasses.

Tea, I don't know for sure, but I think you hair is Romantic in black. Last I remember it being.

I've been her so long iconic Tea for me is that hair, or the one you had before that, with the side bag, ears, and nose ring.

Have you ever heard of 'kombucha' tea tsaine? My mother drank it with for her psoriasis and it worked marvelously for her, at least.

You can get your own.. uh.. culture, I believe the English word is, and 'raise' it real cheap. Just takes some effort keeping up with it, I guess, but hey. *shrugs*

All the kombucha I am familiar with is made with actual tea- hence the "cha" in the name. wink

They're called babies. Kombucha, like vinegar has a "mother", and segments that are taken from the mother or that split off are "babies".

I can't remember the progression exactly. My hair and look has changed pretty radically over the years. The biggest change being me going from a guy account to a girl account after my first (and I feel unjustified) permaban.

Edit: Okay, so I've got a sort of progression here. I prolly missed a bunch of changes though.

First invocation of Fires:

Then I did a seasonal thing (I don't believe I actually finished it)

User Image

And ended here:

After that my progression as Poe went from normal to freaky to bondage to epic steampunk straight to freaky again as shown.:

User Image ----> User Image ----> User Image ----> User Image ----> User Image

And this is me now after my second (and I feel unjustified) perma:

I think I started coming here in that era.

I started out like this:

Then I saved up for the G-LOL outfit and someone gave me fox ears, and I wore this avatar for a long time:

I even drew this avatar on a placemat and colored it for my signature. I changed the hair at some point but kept the outfit.

I change my avatar a lot now, when I'm on regularly. I don't think I can recall any other memorable outfits. I used to wear the fox ears with everything and the werewolf tail with most things.

A friend of mine makes it... But she's in Cork sad and I don't have the space to ferment it sad though I have been recommended it for the cancer, so if it sorts the psoriasis too all the better!
For now though, I'll stick to my Chai... nyom nyom nyom spicy black Chai razz

So- the next person who says:
1) Children should dishonor their parents and defile their hospitality by studying paganism against their parents wishes under their roof in order to join a fertility cult ...

and

2) Women who are unable to obtain legal, safe abortions "deserve what they get", which includes death....

and

3) The only way to be a parent is if a man and a woman ******** and thus are parents while I point out that same sex couples can adopt...

All the while calling me a homophobic Fundy Christian...

That person? Getting my foot up their a**.

Does anyone have any ideas on a way to run a windows version Sims 2 double deluxe on a Mac. Emulators or stuff?

Husband-love was being nice and bought me a copy, which is the one game I've wanted to play forever, but didn't notice what version he bought.

Bootcamp your Mac and install a copy of Windows on your mac, then play it on there.

Mind you, don't use the Internet while on the Windows OS, because that's the way to get viruses onto your Mac.

Or you could Bittorent a Mac version, since technically, you do own the Sims 2. I did that with my SimCity 4.

Nixing bootcamp, cause well -- I don't really want windows. There are reasons! REASONS! I have a mac.

Would my registration code work? I'm not a fan of ...nefarious means for software. I'd rather wait a paycheck or two.
