You could try nettle tea.

Free of charge.

Suppose you'll have to pick it yourself, though..

That tea just sounds awful. I mean, Brian Jacques in his REdwall books made it a point that one should never drink nettle tea. xD

Oh, and unless you want to strengthen your liver, I don't recommend Dandelion tea - unless you douse it in honey. xD

My entire floor at university is full of tea freaks. xD

Technically, if it isn't grape, it isn't wine, but that's hardly the point. ninja

I've no experience in making tea that isn't something from a store. I hear making your own from something you grew in the backyard is better, but again, no experience.

I want it to snow too. But doubt that's gonna happen for a long while.

If you want snow, come to Bellevue (Nebraska, not Washington). We've got a little snow, somewhere between one and three inches on most surfaces, and it's REALLY pretty 'cept where the plows have gone through. It GLITTERS. But it's really, really cold so bring your coats, hats, and gloves. whee

Bellevue Washington has it's share right now too.

I'm quickly running out of my stomach calming tsaine blend. >.<

Which is really bad since its the only thing that consistently helps to reduce the pain from my stomach and intestinal problems. I'm not sure if I actually have the IBS diagnosis yet.

What blend are you using? Hubby has been in pain for about a month. We went to the ER this morning and they did a CT, but didn't see anything. Meanwhile he says it feels like he is trying to digest a ball of splinters. We go to see his GI tomorrow, but at this point he'd be willing to try anything that works...especially if it doesn't involve perscription drugs.

I will gladly take snow in trade for the third freaking ice storm we are supposed to get tomorrow night/friday.

Driving to work at 5:15, when you can't see anything sucks, espcially when you are sick.

Oops. XD

Force of habit, I'm afraid. I'm working on it! But the plebes around me care not for the technical definitions and just look at me confusedly when I use that word. gonk

.. What? No, I totally hadn't .. hrm.. forgotten or anything. ninja

@SpaceTerminal Destiny: A friend of mine from Manchester makes her own nettle tea tsaine. She seems quite fond of it. She also makes nettle soup and a variety of other things with it, though, it should, perhaps be noted.

Good for the circulation, I'm told. :3

Not to quibble, but isn't nestea and brisk tea? I mean, it's not quality tea, but it's tea.
