Good to hear things are calming down over there. How's your weather? We're having some rain storms down here, and since you live in the bordering state I wasn't sure if you were getting storms over there as well.

Well, today it's going to be stormy in the afternoon; right now, however, I feel like I woke up in a steam bath! sweatdrop It's too dang hot and humid for me!!! If I didn't have papers all over my bed at the moment, I'd turn on my fan!!! confused All this heat is giving me a tummy ache. xp

I'm personally enjoying the heat and don't want it to go anywhere. I could go through my life never seeing another winter ever again after what happened earlier this year.

Can someone help me grasp the concept as to why people seem to dislike homosexuality and transexuals? Or how about just hating other people in general for trival matters? I just can't logically grasp the reason, we're not hurting anyone...

I just don't understand it. NBC has now opened it's marriage contest to gay couples- and people were complaining about the article on yahoo. I don't see what's so wrong with love- especially when people are wanting to be married- monogamous and faithful to another person for the rest of his or her life.

On a different note. My cat Taz isn't drinking the tap water...even after we've gotten the filter to make sure we've filtered out the hard minerals...Kinda worried it isn't working.

I have placement testing in a little over 9 hours. I am so not looking forward to this.

I have just finished calling two companies to hopefully cancel services to both. One was for an old internet service provider who keeps billing me even though I don't use their services any more and the other was for an insurance that I sorta signed up for when I was dog-tired and now realize it could be a scam or at the least something I cannot afford right now. sweatdrop Let's hope it worked on both accounts because I cannot afford to keep shelling out money and shouldn't for things I don't want or need at the present!

Other than that, and how dang hot it is here, I'm having a wonderful day! mrgreen Hope everyone else is, as well! 3nodding

Well I've returned for the current time. But I must admit my mood continues to be rather nasty. I love my family, but I keep getting reminded why they don't know certain personal apsects about myself I don't desire sharing with them. I'll have to move somewhere out of the cowboy region of the united states...

Okay, so those last two jobs did NOT pan out well, but I have another interview this week. 3nodding I am interviewing with American Girl who is coming to the local mall where I walk around every day. It will be Thursday morning at 9:15 CDT. I am a bit nervous, but not as much as I was for the other two (since I had to dress business formal for one and the other one was my first interview in over 4 years). Thinking about applying to Apricot Lane; has anyone ever heard of them? Are they any good? Who are they? At any rate, I'll keep everyone posted; also, I'm thinking seriously about starting my historical fiction nove/idea as my "bookworm" bff told me it sounded really cool when I told her about it at our class reunion this past weekend.
