Decided to watch a few James Bond movies, but ended up watching them all. Conclusion 1: Timothy Dalton is my favourite, Pierce Brosnan is the worst by far. I'm also liking Roger Moore more than Sean Connery.

Decided to get into the X-wing mood by watching A New Hope a few days ago. Despite the meddling of Lucas to add in things he wanted to throw in the first time round, it is still a great movie, only slightly marred by the added CGI and scene changes. Yes Han should shoot first, it works better for the character, yes the Jabba scene is horrible and no, having Boba Fett look into the camera for two whole seconds is not a clever cameo. But aside from all of that, I still like it a lot, the more pivotal and memorable scenes are still intact and have not been improved.

I still like to watch it yearly, usually tatooine in winter andd hoth in summer, to offset RL climate...

Quite so yes, I've watched Empire more than the other films myself, might have to pop in Jedi soon, been far too long since I last saw that one.
