Hello everyone! I've joined recently, my name is Vicky and I am 17 years old, I study art and mainly I draw manga characters. I love anime and someday I want to be an animator.

Hello Vicky, and welcome. We hope to help you on your journey to becoming whatever you'd like to be in the art field.^^

I couldn't help but notice your revived thread in the ACC forum, and would like to apologize on their behalf. It seems you've experienced yourself why we seek a place for legitimate critique, seeing as how uncivilized some of the posters there can be. Don't worry about them though, I've done some slight recon into a few of there Photobuckets and DA's, to find they're nothing more then trolls, some with less skill then you, that are just trying to make themselves feel bigger, I suppose.

I hope you can look past that though, and ask any of us if you have a question.(:

Hello all!

A little about myself:
I'm really into art when I am taking art classes, but when I am not I tend to not get past the drawing board on my projects, or I tend to take soo much time completing my stuff. I interested in learning more about digital art, as well as other forms of art.

What stuff you might ask.

I sew. I draw. I do mixed media projects (my last one I did was a dream catcher). I like playing with clay too.
I have recently obtained felted wool (I just need to locate all the little tools for it), and I have ll the materials I need to make velvet rose bud throw pillows.

For starters the names genesis a pleasure to meet and greet you all
I was born here in the UK and but nationality is Filipino i am aged 20, i have been a mixture of things originally I started of with surrealism however that died down when i went into college, art education here in have totally gone crazy they are all about image crying anyway i have been practicing of my own back for ages and now starting to do concept art-ish and 3d modelling and starting an portfolio for uni. i guess that is it oh one more thing i have had a peak round you guys are talented in your specified area of skill and kudo's to the person who does that animating art pretty niffty biggrin
