The director of the Cthulhu movie I am seeing this Friday night is going to be present at the showing.

Yay Cthulhu.

Also, as a side note: I find it funny that just as I read your post, "It's begging to a look a lot like fishmen" came on.

I recommend "Jihad Over Innsmouth," a short story by Edward Morris. You can find an audio rendition of it at Pseudopod.

And the Unspeakable Vault (Of Doom) webcomic.

I was of course, speaking of you and not the hot coco. Though that sounds delicious as well.

Oh Pishawww.... redface

I once had a user try to show off his l33t h4king skilz by quoting my livejournal address.

The address which is ...linked to from my profile.

Yeah. As a threat, it kind of fell flat.

I've been Deoridhe for over a decade, and I think all the links between online and offline are either severed (thank the gods for friends' college websites going down) or buried in google.

Heheheh... I'm not really worried.
I live somewhat out of the way, and thus far, no harm has come to me from the interwebs. 3nodding

A long September and there's reason to believe
Maybe this year will be better than the last
I cant remember the last thing that you said as you were leaven
Now the days go by so fast

How do your travels find you these days?

I seem to be moving much, but not going anywhere, so much energy for naught.
All things considered, it's not bad. I'm in fairly good health, and the clouds came to relieve the warmth.
How about yourself?

Edit: And off to help someone move...

Looking at moving. Reevaluating whole life paths. The usual. wink

I'm writing a Firefox extension, for those of you who missed my post earlier.
It's called QuoteZilla and it's for managing BBCode quotes (and other miscellania).
I could make it work across Firefox and Thunderbird, for those of you who are members of mailing lists, but at the moment, that's a lot of ******** effort and beating Firefox into submission is terribly complicated.
Anyway, I'm coming close to being ready to beta test for bugs. There are a couple of known issues (like it only works if it's side window is open, or once a quote is saved you can't currently edit it) but I'm working out ways of resolving them (Yay for application scope variables).
So... anyone up for helping me beta test an extension that makes info dumps savable and postable with a button?
Send me an IM (note, not a PM) if you are.
