Classics is fun.

Someone tracked me, using my Gaia username, to my Photobucket, to my Livejournal, to my Facebook.
It was quite humurous, especially when they realized I really was a chubby, late twenties guy with odd facial hair, and a collection of out dated social mores.
I think the deathknell to the glamour of having stalked me was when I invited them over for hot cocoa. xd

I once had a user try to show off his l33t h4king skilz by quoting my livejournal address.

The address which is ...linked to from my profile.

Yeah. As a threat, it kind of fell flat.

I've been Deoridhe for over a decade, and I think all the links between online and offline are either severed (thank the gods for friends' college websites going down) or buried in google.

I love that random chemistry term that is stuck right in the middle there.

O.o It look like my history course, Comparative History of Empires, might be really interesting after all. My other elective is Religions of the West, basically an introduction to the big 3 monotheistic religions. Sad thing was, even though the Islam and Judaism textbooks were being used in other courses, the Christianity textbook was the only one I couldn't get and that was the only course using it. xp

So- I may be moving as well.
Found a nice apartment with rent that is over $300 cheaper than where I am now for the same space closer to where my husband works.

So in my attempt to find an apartment I have talked to dozens of folks, and seen three different places.

One of them was a converted 1910's hospital.
One of them was a 1920's Apartment building- cemetery adjacent.
One of them is a 1970's place that needs a bit of work, but is close to two parks and has apple trees.

As neat as the creepy feelings in the older buildings are- I'm going for the newer one. More room, better price, closer to Isakane's work- and the parks are nice.

I use Eshmasesh for pretty much everything now since it's my .... er.... 'band' name. I once went to the /mu/ board on 4chan to see what people thought of a song I'd just done, and someone posted the link to my banned gaiaonline profile.

I find the sciences simply fascinating - especially anything relating to the neurosciences or neurochemistry.
