Hi, my name is Justin. I am a 20-year old History major who is in the end of his senior year of college education. I have been saved since I was a child, but I have found my faith (and attention to Christ) to have fluctuated over time. But I think I'm doing better.

History? Nice any specifics or just general sense of history?

Hi! My name is Amy. I am sixteen years old and I have been a practicing Catholic all my life. I am of Polish, Italian, Spanish, Chumash Indian and French Canadian descent.
I am an aspiring writer. I have written two novels, three plays, five short stories and many poems. I love English and History, Science is okay, and I am really not good at Math.
I am interested in politics because it is interesting how an ideology can determine how a nation progresses.
I like writing, reading, hanging with friends, going to youth group, talking, listening to music, watching The Soup, Law & Order, Snapped, and Forensic Files. My favorite movies are Valkyire, Bella, Juno, Faith of my Fathers, Pan's Labyrinth, Narnia, The Dark Knight, Iron Man and Les Miserables (the Liam Neeson, Uma Thurman, Claire Daines and Geoffery Rush one)
When I grow up, I want to be a novelist and an activist for the pro-life movement, but my real dream is to become a wife and mother. It's been a dream of mine since I was six.
I'm someone who speaks her mind alot and I don't use political correctness because, hey, they don't call it freedom of speech for nothing. I made my Confirmation on May 2, 2008 and my Confirmation Saint is Saint Monica. Saints I look to are Saint Monica, Saint Thomas Aquinas, Saint Christopher, Saint Teresa of Avila, Saint Faustina, Saint Maximilian Kolbe, Saint Augustine, Blessed Kateri and Michael the Archangel. For the record, we Catholics don't worship Saints. We honor them because they were ordinary people with an extraordinary love for Jesus Christ.
Thank you!

Wow, you've got alot of interests. biggrin That's great though. It'll be nice having a Catholic in the guild. Alot of people don't quite understand certain defining points of Catholicism, and if you're knowledgeable in it, it'll be great to hear your contributions to the discussions. 3nodding Welcome to the guild.

Thanks! You're right, not many people understand Catholicism and I think I could clear some things up!

I'm baptized and confirmed Roman Catholic, so I understand most things, to some extent, but even the things I understand sometimes don't make sense to me. I guess that would explain why I'm no longer a practicing Catholic- I lean more non-denominational, but I can appreciate the tradition-rich sect of Catholicism. 3nodding

Hi! You can call me Sora, bun, bunny, cutebunny, etc. because I love bunnies!!! I'm 15, living in California. In my spare time, I like to read, write, draw, knit, do homework, hoola hoop, jump rope, or ride my bicycle. The sport that I'm actually kinda good at is badminton. I love to enjoy art. I would like to go to an art museum once in a while that I've never went before because I seem to not have time to do that... My favorite subject in school is currently Biology, but I like English too, though the teacher's kinda Blah... My favorite colors are blue and pink. Yay! pink! xd I also like music. I took piano lessons a few years ago, but I quit xd But I still like to listen to music... classical, christian, etc...
hop hop hoppin...

It's mostly the idea of confessing only to a priest, the concept of intercessory prayer to saints, and the supposed infallibility of the Pope. I mean, these are all useful things in their own way, don't get me wrong, but I never felt they were necessary, or were actually slightly contradictory to the Bible. Everything else is cool. xd

Hiyas! My user is Bluewisher, but most of my friends on here call me blue. I'm not very fond of giving my real name out. I am a Christian and I go to a Baptist church. I'm 16, currently going to a public highschool( I'm thinking about switching next year). I aim to go to Texas A&M, even though it's like so far away from my home, when I graduate.
I love anything dealing with music, playing a little bit of video games now and then, and I watch a little bit of anime. Other than that... I don't know what to say. XD
