I found this 1920's suit case. It's dark leather. We polished it up a bit- it has wonderful bronze latches with a working key!

Inside is a vintage pattered fabric in a cream and burgundy while the natural lining of the case is an olive drab.

We're using lucite boxes and we have cut foam padding that holds the boxes in place while we use a small single layer tackle box to hold the counters and gates etc.

The tackle box lifts out to reveal the Mythos and Encounter cards so the game is more or less playable for the GM right out of the suit case.

I'll post pictures at some point.

See- we have all of the expansions printed to date and it was becoming annoying to carry all three boxes with them slipping and sliding around. sweatdrop

Arkham Horror virtually needs a carrying case, especially if you get any of the expansions.
Sure that box is pretty sturdy, but it's going to break eventually with all that stuff in it.

Man, I wish my work schedule allowed me to organize games of it more often. I haven't played it for ages. cry

ReCon is the mini-con that meets at my place.

First year was for Halloween- Nuri, Deo, CuAnnan, Fiddler, Cat of Silence, Isakane and Davit all met up for Halloween.

ReReCon was a bit harder for folks to attend and as a result, Fiddler, BlueRoseTonr, Saetril, Cat and Isakane were the ones present.

ReCubeCon shall be in just over a year- likely Halloween of 2009.
