It was pretty Mary Sue before, but I attributed it to Bella being mentally handicapped by stupid. But with ALL that happened in that last book....just DAMN.

I got to watch my friend get into a pretty intense argument with his mom about the legitimacy of the series.
It was amusing.

She went by the "it's so bad, I have to watch it to make fun of it" excuse. My poor Mimi. Had a masters in creative writing. Beautiful poet, novelist. And her daughter succumbs to that s**t. But I suppose it's all in the insertion of the writing. The author was inserting herself, and it's written so that all lonely moms/wives can insert themselves. And teenage girls.

Tell me there aren't some denial issues going on with that writer, I tell you what. My wife likes the series a bit, but I figure, it's essentially literary junk food.

ROMVLVS When did zodiacal last evolve? Nov. 23. so the next evo is likely gonna happen right before Christmas. And SOME think it's gonna be the finale. I'm hoping she's gonna go 13 evos.

Oh, for god's sake. My hairstylist likes to try to get me to watch the Twilight series only because I hate it so much. Though my mom agreed that she'd see me with the same haircut as Alice Cullen. emotion_donotwant Glad my mom wasn't into the series. She reads mystery and murder stuff like Anne Rice before she went religious, Stephen King, etc.
